Request for Proposals - Honey Hill Farm Remediation

 

East Haddam Land Trust (EHLT) is seeking bids to complete remediation work at Honey Hill Farm, a 123-acre parcel that EHLT is acquiring.  The property is located on Honey Hill Road in East Haddam, CT. 

 

The remediation includes removal of a limited amount of soil and debris, transport of that material to an appropriate landfill, and subsequent delivery of clean topsoil and landscaping. 

 

Sealed bids must be received by letter, postmarked by 5 p.m. on June 11, 2024.

A mandatory site visit will take place May 31, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at 103 Honey Hill Road, East Haddam.
